Jamie Munney

I was born and raised and have lived most of my life in Southern California. I grew up living a very arts/performance-based life, occupying my days with many things such as dance classes, gymnastics, piano, violin, drill team, cheerleading, and acting.

I became interested in health and spirituality when I went on a journey to heal and take control of my life while in a very abusive and toxic relationship. I developed and grew which, in turn, gave me the strength to get out of the relationship and flourish.
