Common-sense approach to working with Spirit. Dru Ann explained how we can reconnect with Spirit, and gave us a simple exercise that can be used anytime to reconnect with Spirit. She also gave us a meditation we can use to connect with our Higher Self, Guides, Angels, Ancestors, etc. There was also a very helpful Q&A session at the end, making this a very informative class. This class helped me to feel more confident about connecting with Spirit. The only reason I did not give this class a 5-star rating is because the sound was choppy and distorted for a while at the beginning of the meditation.
